40 Wall Street is the address of a skyscraper of 70 floors 282.5 meters high was originally known as The Bank of Manhattan . Later it was renamed Trump Building becoming known to all for the address. The building, located between Nassau Street and William Street, was completed in 1930 , after only 11 months of construction and was the tallest skyscraper in the world shortly after completion. Designed in parallel with the Chrysler Building, built to exceed it in height but in reality the design of the Chrysler Building included an expedient to be carried out at the last moment, namely the construction of a magnificent spire that overcame the bank Manhattan .
